No. 1/2011 for the post of lecturer /assistant professor but two candidates in Electronics Engineering and one candidate in civil Engineering received their appointment letters and joined as lecturers in Chaudhary Devi Lal Memorial Government Engineering College against Advt. No. 1/2011 on regular basis even their academic marks are also not so good, When we tried to ask in their office , they are saying that not found suitable (NFS) in Computer Engineering , Food technology, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering . but if we see the actual picture , there are number of candidates have good academic record , even Gold Medalist , GATE qualified and some are pursuing their Doctorate Degree from reputed institute , beside this they are saying that NFS ( Not found suitable) in these four branches. How it can be possible as they called only three times of candidates of the post for the interview on the basis of the marks of academic + written test.and their selection criteria available on website www.cdlmgec.org of the college (as per order no 280, 14-02-2012 ) was 50 marks for academic , 20 marks for entrance exam , 20 marks for interview and 10 marks for experience. Please spread this new more and more so that we can fight against this........... |
