Applications are invited upto April 12, 2010 for the following posts on contract basis initially for a period of six months (extendable subject to performance) or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier for the Regional Livestock and Poultry Research and Training Centre for Kandi Area at Talwara (Distt. Hoshiarpur).

Certificate course on Computer applications (Window XP Photoshop, corel Draw, Page Maker and M.S. office) of atleast one year from any recognised institution.
Typing in Punjabi and English.

3. Store-keeper
(G-III) M.B.A./M.Com./ M.A. Economics with knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level
OR
B.A./B.Sc./B.C.A./B.Com./B.B.A. with two years experience in handling of stores with knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level. Must indicate CPF/GPF/PF and ESI numbers in the experience certificate.
OR
10+2 Ist division with two years diploma in Store-keeping/Material Management or equivalent from recognized Institutions with three years experience in handling of stores with knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric level. Must indicate CPF/GPF/PF and ESI Numbers in the experience certificate.
OR
10+2 with Science/Matric with one year diploma/certificate in Store-keeping/Material Management or Equivalent from recognized Institution with five years experience in handling of stores with knowledge of Punjabi upto Matric level. Must indicate CPF/GPF/PF and ESI numbers in experience certificate.

4. Steno-typist Graduate from a recognized university.
Shorthand speed of 50 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in Punjabi and English to be transcribed at a speed of 10 w.p.m. and 15 w.p.m. respectively.
Matric level certificate of Punjabi
The candidates who qualify the written test in shorthand and type in Punjabi & English will be required to qualify in the practical test of Computer or any word processing software.

5. Drivers Should be atleast Middle pass, must possess a driving license. Working Knowledge of Punjabi.

6. Laboratory Attendants
(G-IV) 10+2 with Science or Matric with one year Diploma/Certificate in Laboratory Technician or ITI (Machinist) and knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric.OR
Matric with Science and 2 years experience in the relevant field and knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric

7. Animal Attendants
(G-IV) 10+2 with Science or Matric with one year Diploma/Certificate in the relevant field with knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric.
OR
Matric with Science with 2 years experience in the relevant field with knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric

8. Messenger Boy Middle with Punjabi as one of the subjects 4900+HRA
9. Beldars Middle with good physique and knowledge of Punjabi up to Middle.
Should be willing and able to perform various livestock/ agricultural operations.

10.. Chowkidars Should be atleast Middle pass, must possess a driving license. Working Knowledge of Punjabi.

Note: - Experience of those candidates will be considered who apply through proper channel or whose attested copies of EPF/CPF slips are attached with the application form.
General Requirements :
Only those candidates having passed matriculation with Punjabi Subject need to apply.
Educational qualification must be from a Govt. recognized University/Board/Institution.
Send application in the given prescribed format along with two passport size photographs.
Age should not below 18 years but not more than 35 years.
Applications must accompany the attested proofs of Date of Birth, Qualifications, Experience, Residence and Matriculation with Punjabi.
Application forms must accompany a non-refundable Band Draft for Rs.200/- (Sr.No.1 to 7) and Rs.50/-(Sr. No.8 to 11) in favour of “Comptroller GADVASU” payable at Ludhiana. Candidate should write his/her Name, Address and post applied for on reverse side of Bank Draft.
